I thought I'd ask the NC group first since I live in Durham.

Is anyone interested in small boards of ringed gidgee. I have two gnarly pieces of stump from Queensland, Australia that I've started resawing. The board is moistened with mineral spirits which really brings out the figure and color. Rather than make scales, I thought I'd sell the boards so you can custom fit your handle. I bought 66 kg in two pieces and one of these boards weighs about 1.5 kg- really heavy stuff (about 78-85 lbs per cubic foot).

I also have a variety of other Australian woods- western myall, beefwood, pink gidgee, and many more.
