The Knife Network now has a smelting and casting forum called "Liquid metals". It will be an arena to learn about smelting iron and steel along with casting non-ferrous metals/alloys. Thanks to everyone who posted your interest in having one over on the "Wish list" forum.

If anyone has photo's of any technique of smelting or alloying it would be great to post them there. I have seen alot of pictures of iron bloomery forges by several members and it would be great to re-post them on the new forum.
