This one just about knicked me off my chair Les.

Smart move getting Coop to shoot it for you - lots of terrific detail work to bring out.

Hoooollllleeeeee Crap!

That's amazing! I think I just found my newest favorite bowie!

Sure wish I could get that picture in a size large enough for the desktop of my 'puter. (1280 wide, in case anyone has a copy in that size. :D )

Jamie, if you right click on the image don't you get an option to save the picture as wallpaper?

Yeah, but it's only 500 pixels wide. My desktop is 1280 wide, so it would not look very good to stretch it that far.

I see what you mean. I forgot to check on the picture size information.

Hi Roger,

I love it, Lord Vader's Bowie.

The knife is truly a magnificent. This knife was made within a few months after he won the "Cronk" Award at the Guild Show.

Im glad I got to see and handle this knife again.

I've got some David Brodwell Damascus Sub-Hilt Fighters I will be posting soon. They too are exceptional!

Guys, I gotta tell you, this knife was substantial. Les knows that pieces of this caliber need an extra push. I try to give it.

How substantial? Ok, NOW look at the image in a larger 1280-wide format:
Click thumbnail to hi-res image (Image is 370kb for dial ups. Go get a soda....)

Now, how about THAT! :D There is some serious finery going on in there...

OK, Les alluded to the next one, but I am going to blow his cover. :D

David Broadwell did this subhilt for Les for his client. Now it's back again.

Take a deep breath:
(only 200kb on this one)

Now YOU guys tell Les as I have about his need to access larger images... :) My Canon 10D is wasted on less.

That Broadwell is so sexy it qualifies as knife porn.

Thanks for the larger images Coop.

Les, on image size, what Coop said. :)

Hi Coop,

I will have to have the Web Mistress talk with you about picture size. I have every confidence that she will no what you are talking about. Unlike me.

Thanks for putting up the Broadwell. Sadly, it sold in New York before I could get it on the Internet. :101

More Exceptional David Broadwell's, John W. Smith, Keith Kibly and Steve Rapp's to follow.

Wow! They just don't come any nicer than that. Amazing!

You set size limits to keep the whole crowd from using up all your storage and bandwidth. Very understandable. However, I think 100% of us will agree to let you give more room for pics from Coop! Incredible knife, equally incredible photography!

Very Cool! I was not familiar with Doug Casteel so I learned something here on Les' forum (I always learn something when I visit here!).

Even though I use dial-up to access the internet, I'm a large file junkie. With most knives, especially with high-end art knives it's all about the details! If I can't see the details, my wallet stays in my pocket.

Love the Broadwell sub-hilt fighter as well!

Coop, you da man!

It is amazing to be able to see the fine details. I really did miss them in the smaller picture. I like it even more now than I did before. The Broadwell is amazing, too. I'm saving that pic so I can switch back and forth between the two!

Thanks buddy!

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all the great comments. Alas, the Bowie has found a new home in a state, far far away...at least from Georgia.

Well there's one real happy knife nut out there, that's for sure.

Hi Roger,

I would hope so. There are some knives you hate to sell.
