Good looking stuff Gene. As usual you have created something "different" than the run of the mill. It wll sell fast I am sure.

This piece is almost 100% made from wire.
The composit cable blade is three billets, forge welded together, with the middle billet striped with nickel.
(strip the flux off of some nickel electodes and twist it into the billet)
The handle has a rosewood base under the wire for holding the shape. The copper colored wire is some old speaker wire I stipped and twisted with my electric drill. There is also a single strand of silver wire in between the wrap. An epoxy base is pushed into the handle and smoothed off after curing.
The nickel twist damascus used for the front and rear guards are the only parts NOT made from wire.(and rosewood base for handle)

Many people are under the impression that cable damascus is "BORING".
I am trying to change that reputation.
This comes after my bronse cable damascus.(old thread)
Wait till you see what comes next. :)

Thanks Gary.
I have always been one of those who do things differently.
After 20 years of this, I feel that I am just getting started.
I made this one because "I" wanted to.(for fun)
I'm glad you like it.
