It was discussed at last year's meeting (at the Central Texas Knife Show) to move the morning meeting to a dinner/meeting on Saturday evening. The show ends at 6 PM that day.
We need to know by the end of the month (June 30th) if we are going to have the dinner/meeting or just a meeting.

This is what has been proposed:

Dinner Meeting immediately following the Saturday show from about 6:30 - 7:00 PM in the hotel where the show is.

Meeting to begin at approx. 7 PM.

Meeting open to all members and anyone interested.

Cost of dinner approx. $16/person.

I will not be going to Austin. I already voted.

Sorry we won't see you there. It's a fun show.

Did the meeting time ever get finalized?

Just got the word there won't be a dinner/meeting. Just a meeting. Almost immediatley following the show - 6:15, Saturday evening. There's an auction that night too.
