If you're not selling your knives on the web, and you think your site is sufficient and not causing the problem, navigation or loading wise, take a hard look at your images. High quality images are an absolute must to do business on the internet. You may have competed well in the past on "lesser-than" quality, but the game is quickly leaving you behind.
