Hey guys it's been awhile since I posted here, but I finally got back to making knives and need some help.

I just realized the computer that crashed on me 2 years ago had my Certificate of Autenticity template on it, and my brain leaked out all that detail (that's what the computer was for).

Is there anyone willing to send me a pdf of theirs so that I make sure I include all the right information?
