I don't know what you mean by that, no such model that I am aware of, Rob. Perhaps you saw a 'Chute with a matching double grind all the way back to the choil, top and bottom?

I would suspect it's about the width of a 'Chute which is 1 1/16" You might contact John and see what he can tell you. http://www.johnyoungknives.com/jyoung.html

Yep, that is about right. The Mini Wilderness is a Loveless Pattern. It is a double ground Chute Knife.

Looks great!! I would say the wood is Hackberry.
