You did some nice work from what I can see. everything mates so cleanly, and has a great finish. I'm jealous! And another 'in your face' Dymondwood project. I can't wait to see your filework. You make me want to throw my tools away...... :( This one is from where? Good work! Coop CKDadmin 03-17-2002, 11:22 PM How long is that? That's pretty good looking there, Jim! You making a sheath with it? Alex jar 03-18-2002, 07:22 AM The blade came from Koval and the Dymondwood from TKS. Can't really see al the colors in the photo but green, blue, brown and black. the filework is in the handle only so far. I don't think I'm going to try it on the blade. The knife is seven inches overall with the blade at 3 3/4". It was a fun job because none of the parts fit at all. Hole for the guard didn't even come close. Gotta get some drills that don't barf when it gets to tempered and cryo'd steel. ;) Filework as promised. http://www.fototime.com/67C1B525339FBF4/standard.jpg | |
