Mike,

There was a tutorial written about this. Go read the tutorial and if you have any questions, post them here again and we will help. The tutorial explains it really well. If you can't find a place on the web to upload your picture, let me know and I will put it on my space.

Mike, first of all welcome. You must first upload your pictures to a website like Imagestation or one provided by your server. Most servers give about 5mb of space for free.I am using Imagestation now ,it's free and easy.Once the pictures are uploaded, you can copy and paste here using the EzCodes.Hope this helps.Dave

It really is simple. All you have to do is upload your picture and find it on the web. Copy the URL and paste it between these two markers:

Hopefully there will be some urls for some photos I uploaded.
The blade is a 9.75" skinner with a 4.75" blade. The blade was purchased from TKS. But the rest I did, from the guard to the pommel. Constructive criticism welcome.

Alright Mike. Nice knife. Your links are working. Now try the trick that Bob was showing you. Put your URL between the EzCode and tags. Here's the how it would look for one of the URLs you listed above:

http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid28/pbcedf3b9d8faafb3d73131af01b052bc/fe0959d0.jpg

I'll make another post after this one so you can see it work.

By the way, this may look like it's on multiple lines, but it's one long line with no spaces.

Here's what happens when the code shown above gets interpreted:

Mike, welcome!

I edited your posts to show you how it's done.

Check the source code by editiing them again and look at what I did to fix them.

Mike, Keep up the good work

primos, I'm in here to see how to post pics, but I do not see (on the screen) what improvement or benefit your change made. I'm confused as to what was the purpose. please explain or direct me to a better forum.

After you upload your picture onto the web. Go to that place on the web and get your picture to display. When your picture is showing on your screen, right click on it and click on "Copy link location." Come to the forum you want to post the picture and put in front of the image link location and after the image link location. No spaces.

The post your topic. When you go back and read your post, the picture will be there.

ATFAB,
There's not any difference now.

Originally Mike had only posted links to the pics. The code I showed him is the code to display pics.

While I was typing out the codes in a separate relpy, Alex was editing Mike's original message and putting the codes in there. No difference at all now.

Thanks, I thought I was loosing it bigtime. I also noted the correct brackets, I posted in another topic and the bold didn't work.
