Have you ever had concerns about spilling solder flux? I built a little bottle holder by epoxy-ing a short piece of PVC pipe, actually a PVC joint vertically to a piece of Masonite? so that the bottle, when inside the PVC tube, can't spill without major effort, or mistake. Wrap the solder wire around the pipe and both items are handy and stable. Will post a photo, if I can figure it out.

Here you go, great idea Steve, keeps the flux from turning over and gives you a working surface to keep the flux off the workbench.

Thanks you, Charles for posting the photo.
I didn't know I was so messy, until I took the photo!
Thanks, Riccardo. It might save some flux, some fumes and a mess.
