I'm starting on a small sheath for a Dozier Slim Outdoorsman, with the customer request that I make one which can be carried comfortably (and safely) in bib overall pockets for everyday farmwork. I don't want to do a kydex overwrap (he's trying to away from kydex). Anyone have any good/bad experiences with pancake sheaths that I should know about? A style similar to the Blackjack Small pancake might work made out of heavy leather -- comments? Thanks :)
