The next meeting will be at Alan's shop and you can get in contact with him on this website to see about coming out on a different date as well. Tony just had surgery and will be out of the shop for several weeks longer I understand, but he's always been willing to let me come out and talk knives and show me what he knows how to do. I will be leaving to Iraq for a couple Months, so maybe when I get back... a friend of mine might be showing me some stuff. I am really interested in looking at the possibility to forge in my gargage if I were to Install a vent. The forge would be away from the walls, so I don't think it would be a serious issue... like I said, I'm just looking into it. | |
