I was looking in a surplus catalog the other day and decided to make a dust collector system for my shop. I'm going to buy a squirrel cage and I need to know how many cfm I need to move as a minimum for a Bader. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure a squirrel cage would cut it... you ideally want a radial fan to deal with the particulate matter. My fan is a bit weak at 850 CFM; any less and I think it wouldn't do a good job of collecting more dust than a bucket of water under the grinder.
