My wife grew up in Denmark and have recieved a few knives from his collection. Any idea of the orgin/age/ value of them? Thanks much!!

The first one is a kris or keris of the style made the Java region. (I think). The blade is true damaskus the term we now use for pattern welded steel.

The other might be a middle eastern knife or maybe from the Caucasians. Hard to tell from the pics.

Both would be worth getting a professional authentication and appraisal.
