Steve,

I used 3M trizact 45(400 grit) then 400 and 600 loaded cork belt on this blade.
If you look at the blade at some angle you still can see very fine "belt lines".
Is it suppose to be like that or I should go back to cork belt before buffing?

It looks pretty good to me. I'd try to buff it at this stage. If they won't polish out in less than 3-5 minutes, go back to the 600 cork belt. There is the possibility that the cork belts are not "broken in" enough yet, either. Buff it first then go back and belt it more with the 600 cork, first, OK?

If the cork belt is wet when grinding, it makes for a smoother finish.
