View Full Version : carving stainless ? Steve Vanderkolff 04-18-2002, 11:12 AM I would like to try to do some carving of the stainless bolsters I am using on my knives. I am making fixed blades with 440c and 416 bolsters. Is there a tutorial on doing this? If not what size and type of files or other equipment are you using? Hope this makes sense. So no I haven't called yet, I don't even know the questions to ask that was why I was hoping for a tutorial to at least get me started and show me what I need to ask.
