Finally got my first completed folder completed.I made 2 prototypes and 1 other folder that is in limbo :) due to design issues . G10 groved .050 TI liner and 440c blade. Tanto design was due to still trying to learn to grind and I thought I could do it. Lock up is very tight after making a few mistakes and just up sizing the stop pin each time to take up the slack hehhe Had to cut the lock twice ( remade one side) but all in all I think it came out nice and usable.I want to bead blast the blade but I am building a cabinet and I want to anodize the liners but not done with a powersupply yet. Number 2 knife is underway with a blade change to non tanto. Stay tuned
comments welcome and wanted.

Sweet knife, sweet gun.

.40 or .45?

How exactly did you groove the g-10? Also, how did you cut the slot for the thumb wheel?

I like it, nice design:smokin .

it is a .45. I grooved it with a dremel chucked up in a vice with the large ( 1/2 inch) sanding drum.Ran scales across it in a smooth motion. I used a file to cut the thumb wheel. It was a perfect fit but I screwed up on tapping it. Wasnt used to doing bottoming taps and ran the tap to deep and snapped it. Had to move it over a smigin :) re tap it.

thanks for kind comments :p
