The guy is either an idiot or scam artist or both. You are advertising a buy-it-now price (which he could hit) and he's asking you for one! Coupled with zero feedbacks, I'd just ignore him even if you get no other bids on your knife. Otherwise you're just asking for trouble.

...next he will write that he has a money order that is a couple hundred dollars over your asking price. He will want to know if you will cash it and send him the difference. Or he will send you a counterfit money order that won't be found to be bogus for a week or so. Long after you have been a good seller and sent the knife out ASAP. Either way the MO will be bogus.

Suggest you go to the pound / Humane Society and compromise with a medium size dog and hope it doesn't have the attitude of a Chihuahua :D
