Hi, I'm new to this forum and I hope someone here can help me date a knife. It's a 7" model 10, has a duralumin handle without a thong hole, and came with a Heiser sheath. The sheath has a brown button and fits the blade like a glove so I assume it's original. Thanks.

For the most part, Heiser sheathes were replaced by Johnsons in the early 60's..... so that's probably the latest..... could easily go back to the 50's.
