View Full Version : Baldor Motors ERIC ELSON 01-28-2001, 01:53 PM A local surplus store is selling NEW 3/4 HP, reversable, 1723RPM, 5/8"shaft Baldor motors For 119.95$$ Cdn. They have them in stock again now but at their normal price. I'm not sure if the controller came with it or not. I'll check when I'm there this weekend, I'm going to pick up another motor there, a 3HP that runs on 220. DC KNIVES 05-10-2001, 09:02 PM Eric and Ken,I don't think that is a DC motor so probably won't have a controller.It is possible to get a variable speed drive for your AC motor which makes it fully programable,but they are a little pricey.It is not quite as good as a DC motor and controller,but will work for those who do not wish to change mtors.Dave | |
