Where would one go to look for some 1095 steel, I've read that 1095 is found in plow shears but I don't know where to find something like that. Is it possible to buy it new? I asked my local steel dealer and he said you can't buy very easily any steel above .5% carbon without it mixed with other metals. Thanks.
