Howdy folks,

Offered for your perusal is this hawk forged from an old ferriors rasp. The hickory haft is wrapped with buffalo rawhide and stitched with fine Irish Hemp. The rawhide is sealed with pinon pine pitch. random tack pattern with brass and sterling. The pommel is forged from a piece of wrought Iron and has a fileworked brass ring.

ok ill bite, how did you tap a hole down the skiny end of a rasp?
i like the nubbley bits the best

With a very skinny chisel :)

Just kidding. The rasp is folded and forge welded together. Then I drift out the hole for the haft.
