Rob has been making knives since 1985 and has been full-time since 1986. He has been awarded over 35 "certificated of excellence" for individual pieces and has won the Southern African Knifemakers' Guild trophy for "Best Overall Knifemaker" on 5 separate occasions, including the 2001 Knife Show.

The site also features a competition where one of Rob's Hunters is being raffled. Entries are free to anyone on the planet and the closing date is the 30 April 2002. The draw will take place on the 1 May 2002 and the knife will be
shipped immediately to the winners doorstep.

The How-to section features several articles, illustrated with detailed photographs, on different knifemaking procedures. We will be adding more on a bi-monthly basis, so keep a look out for this.</font>

It currently features a "general discussion" area and an "In the workshop" section where questions can be asked or answers given. Expect a detailed response from Rob or maybe even a new article in the how-to section, fully illustrated with photo's!</font>

Nice work on that site David. Some very nice looking knives too. Looks like I'll be spending an hour or two there...
