I know that laws differ from state to state and the feds selectively enforce thiers. My question is Is it the resposibility of the seller or buyer to ensure compliance with the law conserning automatics. And how does everyone here cover themselves when selling autos. I've been selling them locally but have had several inquiries for out of state sales lately.

Thanks Much!

Well my very favorite automatic has a big H&K stamped on the side and goes bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang when you hold the trigger down. And the very best thing is the S.O. pays for the ammo. :D

Steve - check with AKTI - http://www.akti.org/
it's the best place I know to check on knife laws and the permutations on selling especially since autos come under certain Federal Regs

I take it your fav is an MP5?

Bernard Levine also has an Index on his site for all states in the US. Most of the information relates to "possession and carry" of course, but I thought it may be helpful to some....

You can see his listings -HERE-. (http://pweb.netcom.com/~brlevine/sta-law.htm)

Now your talking buddy. Blackhawks, AFO Autofolders (mabe even a foreign made one) after all we wouldn't want to violate anti-trust laws. Get the bad guys and slam them. :D
If the Aug jams, finish the drug peddler off with your AFO! BokerAK74
