Very nice Bob. Any idea how long it took you to make?

Also how did you cut the lock...?

Thanks for the comments. The liners are anodized...blueing wasn't a good word, but I was too tired last night to remember anodize:) Blue Pau shell in the thumb stud. Right now, a folder takes me about 15-18 hours...not much longer than a fixed blade. I cut the long (horizontal) part of the lock with a slitting saw. You can mount it in a mill or in a drill press. I cut the smaller vertical cut with a bandsaw. I clean up with the flex shaft. You can ue a cut off wheel on the flex shaft for the entire operation if that is all you have.
