Hello I am a Full time Knifemaker from upstate NY. Custom Made in My shop. Each Blade is stamped with my makers mark ML. ML Knives. I also have a website. The link is posted below. All of my Knives are guaranteed for life under normal conditions. This Knife, is a hidden tang knife. tang runs through length of handle and comes out the back side with a pewter pour inlayed butcap. Blade is a bowie style with a false edge at the top of the blade. Some very nice file work on the spine of the blade that would serve nicely for the thumb also very decrotive. Would make an excellent, Hunting, camp, collectors piece, wilderness knife. Hiking Knife, This one has pattern on the blade similar to damascus,.This is a technique I have developed and call this one random pebble pattern. The steel is 1095 Hi carbon that has been hardened and tempered. The Handle is super nice piece of curly maple
that has a natural oil hand rubbed finish. two steel Pins. The guard is steel handforged and also has some nice filework. The sheath is Heavy 6 ounce veg tanned leather oil treated with a latigo type finish and handstitched. Form fited for this knife. Snap and loop to hold knife in the sheath. Will fit a belt 2 inches or smaller.
