Man, that does look really nice. Is that micarta? Interesting file work, simple and effective. The screw in the inserts looks better than expected.

I did grooves like that down the whole handle of mine. Certainly not as clean and crisp as that though! I don't think I'll ever get all the little scratches and marks polished out! NICE JOB!

That looks great! Those small grooves really seem to change the look and enhance it quite a bit over other insert Typhoons I've seen. Great job!

The inserts are Ivory.There is some file work on the ends .

I just used a 1/8 round file.
