In case anybody missed earlier comments about this wonderful book. let me assure you it is probably the finest book on folders ever produced. A big book in all respects, it offers page after page of spectacular photography, and excellent writing,...including discussions and tutorials offered up by some of the very best experts in each of the respective specialties (engraving, damascus-making, anodizing/heat coloring, etc) Each in-depth "article" has great accompanying pics on the subject.
It is clear that the author is a huge knife fan. He devotes a large section in the beginning to eduction so that the reader will all the more appreciate what they are about to see...the best of the best.
The pages of my copy are already getting worn...what a great source of inspiration...
So, do you think I like it? :D
Do yourself a huge favor, contact Tim and order a copy of this extraordinary, limited edition book (only 2500 printed in Italy).

I will be bringing my copy of this fantastic book to the Shenandoah Valley Knife Show. Anyone that wants to drool over it will get a chance.
Not only is this a wonderful coffee table book of pictures, but it reveals makers tips and tricks. Want to know how Tim Herman does his color engraving?...it's in there!;)
