Gonna be a Bali Bali good day today - 2 new Bali's arriving at least and maybe 3. Have a MicroTech Dragonfly w/black handles & blade and a BM-46A-01 with D2 blade definitely arriving and possibly the 4" Bullnose Dragonsong Venturi w/mirror-polished SS handles have coming from Darrel. :D :smokin
Venturi may or may not get here this week but the other 2 should keep me grinnin' till it arrives. Can't believe how addicting these things are! :rolleyes:

The BM-46A-01 #127 of 250 & the Dragonfly #208 arrived today as expected - didn't really expect to see the Venturi yet but as title says NOT TOO SHABBY! Brought a rather crappy day at work to a better conclusion! :) They are both really nice!

BM kind of surprised me when took it out of pouch (older Uncle Mike ones were/are far superior - fortunately have a bunch!) and it seemed smaller than 45's & 42 - just an illusion! This has an orange peel finish anodized that is darker and more purplish than I expected it would be - looks real good and has more grip than a brushed finish would give - just expected a lighter brushed finish but this really works as far a grip when flipping - D-2 blade very well done with very good edge - smooth operator - flips great - very solid with no excess play. Quality construction and has a muted understated look that I really like - looks like it is as well-made as it actually is. All in all sweet piece that I really like!

MT Dragonfly is also very nice - didn't have a clue as to what I was getting having never seen or handled one before - very impressed! A little smaller than the BM but feels great in hand and flips great - has a very smooth solid feel - definitely can tell difference in size but I like! MUCH! Black satin finish on handles gives great grip - really feels like have control at all times, even when nerves are acting up and start losing feeling in hands/fingers - also together with black blade really looks way cool! Blade shape is very useful utility clip point that is SHARP! Just a nice knife - time for bed, very late but made for happy ending to day!

Venturi SS insert handles are next on my list. The Ti ones were a little too light... ;)

That's why I went with the SS on the small Dragonsong, plus you can get mirror finish which Pete says is really nice - need Ti on 5.5 Venturi's though. Definitely like the weight of the SS handles on my "pair of 45's" (know some girls would love to be able to say that! hehe! :D :D ) - BM really did nice job on the handles of the old 45's and love the hidden pins - so glad I picked them up back then even though had no clue at time.
