Since no one has said it yet, I will.

On selling out the Pre-Release reserve of the Typhoon. And on the expansion of the Typhoon product line. Good job.

And on the expansion of the Typhoon product line

So they are going to be releasing more and different versions?

Another question: Are they releasing this one?

I won't be surprised if more blade styles are in the works. But adding the insert style handle as a regular item, along with available precut inserts as an option, does make things interesting.

Bustard: read this thread (http://www.ckdforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=12655). I think it's confirmed.

Thanks for the kind words folks!

We have upgraded the trainer blade!

Hi Folks,
The trainer blade for the Typhoon will be hardened.

We made this decision to offset the problem of folks having to heat treat the blade if they want to grind there own. We feel this will cause more problems related to warp etc.
The blade can be ground in the hard state.
Just keep the blade cool while grinding.

Thanks
Darrel
