Although I am a moderator on some of the forums here, and have never needed them, I can't seem to find the moderator tools needed for locking threads and the like. Am I looking in the wrong place? What's the right place?

Don, this would be more appropriate in the computer center. but the answer is at the bottom of the thread itself is the Topic Commands (moderators only)

Actually, maybe not. Sometimes if your quick on the trigger (click quick) the entire page doesn't load, so you might have missed what was at the bottom. When there are threads that go to 2 pages I have a tendency of doing this and the 2 page link doesn't load and then I have to reload the page.
