New rules, though. The award should be quarterly, not monthly. Only one winner per quarter. Four quarterly winners compete for annual award (an even bigger icon:) ).

I think we overdid last time. Too many awards...it kind of ruined the value.

How are the awards awarded? Do we vote? For any site? is there a list of sites? only sites linked here? What are the criteria for best? eye candy? Flash?
