My Knives and Sheaths
Kitchen knives, chefs is 440C59RC, two tone G10, utility is 440C59RC, two tone G10, both have tapered tangs. Sushi knife is S35VN61RC, Buffalo horn and Desert Ironwood, hidden tang.

I like that G10 and I'm not a big user of synthetics, but that looks nice. Did you heat treat them or did you send them out? I have to send out my air quench knives. Rc 59 on 440c is a good HT. I use Texas Knifemaker Supply for my stainless and they do a good job.
