Bloodroot Blades
My first post showing some recent work. Check us out at www.bloodrootblades.com. I've been forging blades since I was a small child and do all forging by hand. David Van Wyk is now working with me and we primarily make kitchen and butcher knives, but like it all.

Cross-tang integral petty.
Integrals, all shapes and sizes.
A few knives and one of my tomahawks.
Small 5" Japanese petty, zebrawood and buffalo horn, L6 blade.
8" santoku and paring. Jittery Joes coffeebag laminate handles we make, mustard patinas.

A better view of the two-tone Pau Rosa wood.
8" German chef with brass bolsters and two-tone Pau Rosa handle. Forged from a Nicholson file with filemarks retained on the spine.
8" tapered chef with mustard patina. Our Jittery Joes coffeebag handles and forged copper bolsters from a 1942 U-boat victim shipwreck.
