Trackrock 2012 Spring 040s

Will Dutton?s fuller tool.. this is so cute and petite I just could not resist taking a few shots of it! There is an Ace paint paddle for scale; the whole thing will lay in your hand. The uprights are .25? x 1? x 5.5? ? 6?. The fullers are 3/8? Grade 8 bolts (yes, it requires a carbide bit to drill the pin holes). The pin slots were milled. The portion dropping into the hardy hole was ground till it dropped into the hardy hole. The two uprights were weld at the bottom. Very simple. Will has stated he is to weld the top of the uprights to keep them from springing open under the stress of fullering.
