I know this post is about 5 months old, and I am sorry I had missed it.

The handle and the pattern of the blade really works great together.

How did you get the handle design like that? Did you carve it? Also what type of wood did you use.

Hey Jeff,

Sorry I didn't see the message earlier. I carved the handle using files and sandpaper. I used walnut for the handle. I'm glad that you like the knife!
